SHIPPING INFO
Most items are in stock & shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours or the next business day. If no shipping charge is on your order, or if it is under $7.00 for shipping, than it is not correct. We will email you about the error. Shipping times do not include weekends. Example- (2nd day air shipped Thursday will not arrive till Monday.)Next day air, 2nd day air & 3 day select orders received by us by 2PM EST. will go out the same day provided the item is in stock, Business days only.
Note about EMAIL Due to the amount of Email we receive if you don’t get a response back, please call us at 757-546-3393. If you made an error on your order such as wrong address, or wrong item; etc. Without a phone call we can’t guarantee the error will be corrected before the order is shipped.
Shipping charges Are calculated online directly from UPS website at the time your order is placed. Orders with weight totaling over 150Lbs will not calculate shipping charges. Shipping charges WILL BE ADDED to your order.
If you place an order & shipping is not calculated correctly due to a glitch in this system or if you live somewhere not serviced by the shipping method you choose, the correct shipping charges will be added to your order & your credit card will be charged the corrected amount. We are not responsible for any shipping, freight, duties, customs, postage, brokerage, or other fees, which may be related to your order. Non US customers should check with your local government to find out if you will be expected to pay any import or customs fees, or taxes. Sometimes we offer a sales coupon or email discount to previous customers. During these sales, Only One Coupon Or Discount Can Be Used Per Order. If you received a coupon or shipping discount, the shipping promotion is only good for ground based shipment to the 48 continental US States. Large Items
Shipping for large, bulk orders may be extra. Large items are charged at dimensional weight. Such as large orders of noodles, Loungers, Cool Float Coolers & other large lightweight items. If your shipping is calculated to high, or to low on these items we will adjust shipping charges accordingly.
Canceled Orders
An order cannot be canceled by email, or by leaving a message on the answering service. All cancellations must be done over the phone. We ship orders out quickly & if you do not speak with someone your order will be processed & you will be responsible for all shipping charges even if you refuse the order. You MUST cancel an order before 2pm eastern time the day the order was placed, or if order placed after business hours you must call the next business day before 2pm eastern time, to cancel. RETURNING MERCHANDISE
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Pooltoy.Com, Inc. within 45 days of receipt. There may be a 20% restocking fee for qualified returns depending on the condition of the item. The merchandise must be in new, unused & in its original packaging. Putting toys in the water, installing radio parts in a model, opening parts bags in kits, wearing bathing suits or swimwear in the pool or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to PoolToy.Com in any way. We do not refund any shipping charges. Special Orders
Special order items are not returnable. Special orders include large orders of noodles, or any other item that must be ordered in quantities that we do not normally keep in stock. Most large bulk orders are shipped directly from our suppliers, on a non returnable basis; if there is an item needed in large quantities, & you are not sure if it is what you want, please call our sales team to discuss a sample of the item.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, almost ALL manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise may be returned to us for replacement or store credit as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used, defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged merchandise is items that have been damaged in shipping. If a package with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery, please call our Order line immediately. Save all packaging material & paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise without a return authorization number issued by us, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, & you may not receive credit for the return. SPECIAL RETURN POLICIES FOR ELECTRONICS
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON THE REMOTE CONTROL CARS OR BOATS, POOL ALARMS,POOL LINERS, ANY ELECTRONICS.
Because of the technical nature of these items, we are not allowed to give refunds or exchanges on them. They are ALL covered by a manufacturers warranty & you can call them directly.
